Options:

1) We could increase the number of pages for each host, though I think
that is the wrong answer as it makes each discussion a bit of a bear to
handle.

2) As David suggests, increase the tempo and keep the same number of
pages.  I think that would result in a shallow discussion.

3) I would opt for cutting back the number of pages and increasing the
tempo.  So, instead of twenty pages every two weeks, we could do 10-15
pages every week.  This would get us finished with the book by December.

What say you all?
