EDIT VLVL2 Headcount/Host List

I included people on the list of a book they said they'd like to read.
Quail, JB, JS, etc. all said they'd be willing to read both.  I'm not going
to quibble over degrees of how *much* they want to read one over the other.

There's no posturing, anyways.  Merely keeping track of the players and
their numbers.  People want to read, and I'm certainly not going to stop
them.  The Vineland hosting will fill up soon enough; give people time to
decide. And the count so far is thus:
