With the people listed under PF (either simply for PF, for both or for
null) we have enough for a quick group read, each one taking a section.
We could finish by early October taking turns once each week.  This
could run contemporaneously with the VL read and might result in some
interesting insight on Nabokov's influences on Pynchon by review of Pale
Fire (NPPF) especially with VLVL going on simultaneously...
