davemarc forgot to mention that P-list archives are
available for people who want to know what's been
posted previously, eliminating the need for anybody to
rehash previous, threads, off-topic or on-.  

Please don't take this as a suggestion that you avoid
regurgitating everything that's been said here since
Mackin's been away, however.  It's an unmoderated
list, after all.

Turning to an on-topic topic, I'm still interested in
those Pynchon & Pale Fire essays davemarc suggested. 
Should we be expecting a dozen or so of those on
Pynchon-L in the near future?
