Here's the list so far.  Assuming Keith is still in (I kept him in from
the original host list) we have three of 16 slots taken.  There are
suggestions of speeding up the read and of skipping sections and of just
reading it straight through.  I think all of the ideas are workable,
just not all at the same time.  So, it is probably best to do a straight
read through and to keep the page lengths at 20 pages or less (since the
commentary gets pretty thick and we have loads of peripheral material to
work with including the Boyd book plus the analysis of Nabokov's
influence on Pynchon).  So, without further a-doo-doo...  V.
