Again with the "sniping."

What you interpret as "sniping" is not "sniping" anything at all.  To my
recollection, Dave Monroe was explaining that, having been too busy with a
real life (job, gigs, etc.) to wade through 300+ posts -- many of which were
Nabokov-related -- he was deleting said N-related posts so's he could devote
his attention to P-related posts.  That's it.  And quite frankly, it's a
fair cop.  You're the one who seems worked up over the fact that he isn't as
into the Nabokov read as you are, but that's his choice and it's cool.  It
wasn't anything personal against Nabokov the Writer, the Man, or the Myth.
As I also recall, you were very upset with me when the VLVL2 successfully
flew, accusing me of somehow "sabatoging" a PF read.  You've been very
jittery over this PF read and Nabokov stuff for about the past month, and I
can't seem to figure out why the defenses are up so.

Let's move on, I say.
