True.  And I caught a teaser on the news last night saying that, after only one day of call-ins, the whole system is already having problems.  Didn't catch the full story, though.


  And not to wax Dalegribbelian on this, look at it from a simply logical perspective:  how does it make sense to SIGN UP to NOT be on a list?
