Just playing further with Derrida's pun (at least I thought it was a
pun--based the fact that an author's text used to be called his oeuvre).


Dinner isn't quite cooked yet and the embarrassed hostess has run out of
hors d'oeuvres. She tell her guests to stave off their hunger by having
another martini or scotch and soda or two
