I would say that that image is generated in and by the brain from sense data
produced by those 'human sense organs.' Who/what is reading? Brain & eyes
(backed up by the remaining corpus). Describing & languaging: brain &
(partly) body/limbs. I imagine.

If you are knowledgeable on this subject, by all means don't keep it to
yourself.
