TSI: Churchill-on-a-Pipe

Yes, on p. 185, Artie Cognomen smokes "a pipe with a bowl carved in the 
shape of Winston Churchill's head, complete with cigar."
Now, I've heard of Churchill on toby jugs, but not on a pipe ... except, 
of course:
"[...] a reproduction in brier of Winston Churchill's head for a bowl, 
no detail is spared, even a cigar in its mouth with a little hole 
drilled down it so that some of the smoke can actually seep out the 
end... (GR, pp. 707-8).
