Hey Otto.
I guess my attempts at irony sometimes fail to translate in text.
The author, like many religious zealots, is obviously deluded. He swings so
wildly at so many targets, his paranoia becomes comical as well as sad and
dangerous. The "well-integrated fantasy" line came from Will Self's "Great
Apes", which I reread a couple of nights ago. I was not attempting to
compliment someone who looks to "Wizard of Oz" for apocalyptic prophecy and
evidence of diabolical cabals in the U.S. Government.
