As I said, the secondary and specialized literature on the connections and
frictions between Nazism and Christianity is no doubt vast.  It would be
helpful if there were a judicious and analytic historical overview, but
there doesn't seem to be one.  There *does* appear to be valuable material
in the works cited, but as you observed Dave, a number of them are written
from a religious perspective.

An important book waiting to be written...
