If that greedy old root 'Miseria' is under your skin: Vollman - 'The Atlas' or maybe some good old reliable Bukowski - Fante est variance - will do. Strain that maw and take a good old bite, you may be numbered in the least.

Or just revisit the grand master. No harm there. Pretty easy to find 'GR' applicable now.
