This I largely agree with. I always kick myself for
not sending a few observers my predictions of the
inevitable BEFORE I post anything. Maybe make book,
take bets, run a pool, whatever. Malignd was a bit of
a surprise, but ... well, pranksters and contrarians
abound here. Which is also inevitable ...

This is why I in the end don't get all to upset about
yr interventions here ...

I just don't recall, is all. Can't get leverage on
someone who doesn't quite bother to touch the ground,
subject themselves to gravity. Pynchonian again, I
guess, but ... well I just don't recall (but, no, I
was not just following orders; parroting Reagan is bad
enough for me ...) ...

Stranegly, people are generally much nicer offlist,
OUT of the public eye, such as it is here. But I can
say this about the usual supects here, including
myself, don't get too smug about there being a
consensus, there being consent, simply because you
don't SEE much dissent. Most simply don't have the
time, patience, will, stamina, or most importantly,
stupidity to get into arguments here ...

An island of lost souls, this. Misfit toys.
Whatever. I won't cane you, lad, you were led astray.
Sheesh. Again, typicall entertaining ...
