When the US military chooses to use weapons with a
known margin of error, in areas where non-combattants
are known to live and work, that's deliberate.

Bullshit.  Saddam is willing to kill innocents to
accomplish his goals and so is Bush.  If you want to
haggle numbers, go ahead.

A very moving statement of faith, this. Thanks for
sharing -- maybe if you send it along to Little Ali it
will comfort him in the loss of his arms and family,
gone in the US and British invasion.
