You know, one of the problems is that the Foreword is fragmented. Why
does P bring this up and just drop it? Now that I think on it, he could
be talking about Christian fundamentalism too. I'm thinking Bosnia and
so on and not Texas, but  Christian fundamentalism is in the USA. It's
big. politically important and growing.
