There is no such sign.  And even if there were, only a bully would go ahead
and kick--for months on end (in a manner of speaking).  I don't understand
why MalignD and David Morris share so many hostile Doug-related emails with
hundreds of us on this Pynchon list, year after year. It's hurtful--and it
interferes with the Pynchon discussion that's supposed to take place here.
