You watch too much TV. Fast connections are fine for Google Scoopers and
Cable TV Zombies, but to hang with the P-list boyz you gotta read a few
good books. Ever read a poem, Barb?

Why not?

Start off with something short, like this one by William Carlos
Williams:

so much depends
upon
a red wheel
barrow
glazed with rain
water
beside the white
chickens.

Too easy?

Here's one you might be able to get through if you take your time and
have a little patience with yourself:

A Grammarian’s Funeral
by Robert Browning

You'll have to read it a few times.
Read it like a Shakespeare soliloquy.
Take your time.
