Bibliographic help wanted

[John M. Krafft]

Does anyone have more or less complete bibliographic info on the Spanish
version of the abridged foreword to 1984 published in El Pais on 21 June? I
couldn't find the first mention of it in the archive, and the earliest mention
I could find seemed to assume others were already familiar with it. I have a
title and date, but no translator, section or page. The online El Pais won't
let non-subscribers see into the articles.

Also, does anyone have ratty old newsprint genuine hard copy of Jim Knipfel's
piece on 1984 from the New York Press? I'd appreciate some bibliographic
details from that too.
