Again, this is not the way it's written in the text. Prairie says "I'll have
to trust you" to DL, and the insinuation ("have to") is that she has no
other choice, that she has resigned herself to going with DL to see Takeshi
as the only option available. DL immediately contradicts her: "You'll have
to trust yourself", but Prairie had already made her choice and answered
DL's question.

Prairie's decision is that she'll "have to trust" DL.
