I can't let the commentary on this chapter end without mentioning that
the delightful irony of Isaiah Two Four acting as peace maker between
Billy Barf and the mafia goon only occurs due to the silliness on page 19
of I-2-4's idea of a Violence Theme Park.

Otherwise the  character's actions would be wholly appropriate.

"And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and
they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into
pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither
shall they learn war any more"
