"How about pork?"  (VL, Ch. 4, p. 53)  Of course, it is Mr. Pynchon, so
we MUST have a pig reference at some point.  How about Harrison Ford in
full Indiana Jones adventuring regalia at the mouth of some cave looking
in and saying, "Pigs, it had to be PIGS! (Totally unrelated, I know but
it is very late and the fifteenth espresso has now been peed out.)  Oh
ah.  Onward.
