N's comments are about Charles/Kinbote's belief that it is a "real" place
(where he was king).  I don't think that makes it a "fictional concensus."  If
we are to believe what Kinbote tells us about his conversations with Shade and
other faculty members about Zemble, then I'd say it was "real."  But I think we
can question whether he's made them up too.
