Wha? There are a dozen or more under the entry for "*Kinbote, Charles, Dr*"
and nearly as many under the entry for "*Shade, John*".

There are specific entries for the *letter G* and *letter K.*

There is no entry for the *letter S.*

In the preface to the intro the list of letters is given followed by (which
see). When you follow this instruction to see each of the *letters* in the
index you find one is missing. S is missing. Sure it is used under other
entries. But, unlike G and K, it has no entry of its own.
