Why judge them? It's a waste of time. 

What are you going to do when Sasha comes riding into the family reunion
looking like Fred Flintstone's Mother-in-Law? She and Frenesi sitting
ga-ga while Prairie tries to decide if she wants to meet her Mother and
if Brock Vond is her Father? Judge what? 

You've got to identify the implied author of the text. Not too hard to
do. Robert gave us two example.  Vietnam and the burning of American
Cities.  We know what P said about  these.
