NPPF Apologies

My apologies on NPPF postings due this week.  I had intended to post my
first set of commentary on the Commentary of pp. 154 through 174 today,
but work has intervened to the tune of eating up my Saturday with
depositions and devouring my Sunday with an absolutely drop dead
deadline for a thirty page brief.  And so here I am Monday morning
thinking "plenty of time as I have the whole day free" but - as they say
- work abhors a vacuum and it went to work requiring my filling in for
another lawyer at trial today while requiring me (somehow) to also
finish a brief someone else should be doing.  And tomorrow is southern
Arizona for depositions and Wednesday is Century City (can someone tell
me what State that's in?) for the deposition of a neurosurgeon . . .and
my cursor keeps swimming across the screen.  Well that's my apology for
the moment as I take a five minute breather and a fifteen minute lunch
from court.  I have to get back to Judge Holt, but I promise something
to you foax by the end of the week.  Anyway, please excuse my slacking.
