Compensation for slave laborers during the Nazi-regime.
Or: Look up the companies that profited from forced labor during the Nazi
regime.

After agonizing haggling German industry and government finally agreed to
pay DM 10 billion as compensation to the slave laborers who suffered during
Germany's Nazi regime.

According to an AP report, "almost every company operating in Germany during
the war used some of the estimated 12 million forced and slave laborers.
Experts estimate up to 600 companies that are still operating today used the
laborers."

A comprehensive account of slave labor under the Nazi regime has been in
existence for more than 50 years, but it was locked away until recently when
it was discovered and published by Zweitausendeins. The book is titled "Das
nationalsozialistische Lagersystem", has 1329 pages, and is available at
Zweitausendeins for ? 9.95.

Also available is an excerpt from the book which lists 2500 German companies
that used slave labor. This list is based on official documentation of the
International Tracing Service and is available to you for download at at no
charge. Now you - and everybody else - can look up the companies that
profited from forced labor during the Nazi regime.
