VLVL2: An Approach to Conclusion

Paul N. and I are going to do what we can this week with posting annotations and discussion questions for Chapter 14 (pp. 294 - 322), since it wasn't addressed all too thoroughly earlier.

Dave Monroe will begin posting annotations et al for Chapter 15 (pp. 323 - 362) as soon as his e-mail situation gets resolved.

Although it may seem a bit muddled, what with three hosts posting concurrently, I think if we make the efforts to post clear subject headings for VLVL2 (14) or VLVL2 (15) it might make following the discussions a wee bit easier.

Terrance's window of hosting opportunity has apparently closed at this point.  The final section of VL (pp. 363 - 385) remains open, if anyone would like to host it.  Otherwise, I may just take it and bring this whole thing to a close (with any luck) by the one-year anniversary of its inception.
