It's also a fat tortilla, about half an inch to an inch thick, used
for scrambled eggs and such what. Just cut it open and put what you
like inside. I saw them packaged (gasp) at the store the other day. I
used to eat scrambled eggs and sausage on them when I lived in
Brownsville, Texas.
