This is not right. Port Huron was not there. In any event, Pynchon never
even bothers to look back at 1962. Instead he creates Frenesi and DL.
Both are born right after W.W.II.   Frenesi and DL meet when they are
22, in 1967, at Berkeley where Frenesi had been a film student. This is
when  Guevara's _Guerilla Warfare_ is being read by SDSers and it is the
Slogan of 24fps as they head into The College of the Surf.
