VLVL2: Vineland Posting Number 1

I am hosting pages 239 - 267 this week and next.  My first posting will be
later this evening.  I apologize for the tardiness.  As I will be in
Chicago, Schaumburg, Santa Monica and Richmond (California, where the heck
is Richmond anyway?) this week, my postings will be a little slow coming
out.

Word to Tim S.  Are you anywhere near downtown Chicago? I will be coming in
for a deposition which should be finished by 6 pm that evening.  Then it's
on to Schaumburg the next morning for another which starts at noon.  Let me
know if this is anywhere near you and maybe we can meet and say "hi".
