It's little comfort, I can tell you, looking back on all that's transpired
since 9/11, and being able to say we got it almost all right. At any rate,
being right from this vantage is unimportant. There are still many
months until the election, and as today's headlines demonstrate, A-
nything can happen. Still, the opportunity to defeat the neo-cons seems
to be getting better.
