Keep in mind, Tim, all the coffee I had that evening
was at the restaurant.  Maybe three cups?  Mr. Pink
wouldn't have bothered to tip, at any rate.  Maybe a
couple on the morning train down (miss the free coffee
they used to have), but ... oh, and 1200% of the US
RDA of Vitamin C at the juice place by the Century
Landmark.  Point is, that's just me ...
