Everyman's edition

Does anyone know if an edition of "Gravity's Rainbow" was published by Everyman's Library in hardcover.  I find references to it on the web with different publication dates, 1999, 1995. Some book dealers list it but also say they have no copies.  
The Modern Word/pynchon list it in their bibiiography as published by Knops 1997.
I've also foujnd on some foreign web sites the Everyman's Library edition with the name of Edward Mendelson.
