Okay, so we CAN'T pass a Constitutional amendment
guraranteeing rights at least half the population
should have had all along (i.e., the ERA), but we now
perhaps expect to pass a Cosntitutional amendment
foreclosing the possibility of an apparent tenth of
the population being ggranted rights they've never had
here, though, again, should have had all along ...
