VLVL2 Host Update -- Final Chapters

Thanks to all who signed on and are keeping this
going, neither the last nor the least of whom being
our gracious Host of Hosts, Mr. Strzechowski (dammit,
Tim,, I'm half Polish, and I still had to look above
for the spelling ...).  I don't have any particular
preference, but I'll take whichever is left after the
next person to sign on ...
