Let me echo these sentiments, especially since this is a GROUP read and represents a collective endeavor by the Listers, not just one person.

There's plenty of stuff that we all "skip" as we read, annotate, explicate, whatever.  Toby is unfortunately guilty of *admitting* that he deemed something "unimportant" to the reading.

But hey, it's easy to pass judgment on such matters when one doesn't sign up to host a section, right?
