Dear Watson and Alice,

It's cold here this morning, way below freezing, frost
on the windowpanes.  But I'm warm inside, working here
at the computer.

I hope things are OK at home.  I'm sure Watson is
looking forward to his basketball game outing tonight,
and that he'll get his homework and piano done so he
can enjoy it fully.
