Frenesi's, yes. Maybe a bit earlier, late '68, early '69. Nixon's the
president, Ho Chi Minh's seemingly still alive, and we're told that PR3
"flourished, as week after week went amazingly by."

Frenesi's "lingering on the sunny side of 25" (236), so chances are that
she's out of college. It appears that 24fps had been in operation for a
number of years by the time of the College of the Surf fiasco.
