Yes we have. However, I've still no idea why you keep saying the
Berkeley 64. The narrator does not provide the dates. However, it's
clear to me that he is referring to the later dates. Why? First because
I'm convinced that Pynchon has written a parodic addendum to Sale's
text, a post-Columbia and Berkeley 68, that would be PR3 69.
Looking back at the episode when DL meets Frenesi, the Doors, Country
Joe and the Fish, Jefferson Airplane, and the farm labor strike in the
Zoyd's county, where RFK and Ethel (sorry I said something about the
Kennedy Matriarch being there, but it was King's widow and RFK) and King
confront Reagan we can date that well after Berkeley 64. Berkeley is a
violent place in 67, 68, remember the confrontation over real-estate
again, the People's Park. So on.
