Ehtical Conundrum

I've given up on the VL discussion because it's no use trying to talk
about books people are not reading or have not read. Just as there is no
doubt in your mind that Pynchon's parody (parodic material is not
necessarily subjected to ridicule) of The Autobiography of Malcolm X is
obvious enough in Gravity's Rainbow to anybody willing to read the books
side by side, there is no doubt in my mind that Pynchon's parody of
Sale's SDS is obvious enough to any reader willing to read them side by
side. The parodic use of Graves in V. is obvious enough if you take the
time to read The White Goddess.

Oh, go ahead, be my guest, post the muddle and misinformation and brand
me a misreading scribbler of nonsense. Press the Delete button.

The Simpsons, however, is never predictable; and its satire spares
nothing and no one.
