Those 18 secs do contain more or less subtle ironies as Rich
was the first to point out, but the overall tone of irony is
refreshingly coarse - that placard thing even brings to mind
what has been said (was it George Steiner?) of Dostoyevskian
irony: it is like a drunkard hanging a bell around a hound's
neck [or something like that - read it long ago - anyone?].
