Pynchon handwriting

Several years ago I purchased a copy of The Crying of Lot 49 from a dealer who had acquired it from the estate of Baxter Hathaway. I had already read the book, and purchased it because of its association with Hathaway, who was one of Pynchon's favorite profs at Cornell. (Hathaway's ownership signature is on the front endpaper.) 

 

Recently, while cataloging my collection, I came upon an overlooked sheet of paper that was tucked into the volume. The sheet contains Pynchon's handwritten name and the address of the Melanie Jackson agency. When comparing the handwriting with that which appears on the cover of Clifford Mead's Pynchon bibliography, the two seem to be from the same hand.

 

I'd like to get attribution for the handwriting. I sent jpgs of the documents to the Jackson agency at 250 W. 57th, but it was stamped "moved" by the post office and sent back.

Does anyone have the new address for the Jackson agency? I'm hoping against hope that Ms. Jackson will provide attribution.
