I kinda liked Stepmother--in the mold of his pricksongs fairy tale
fusions. More of a restatement of theme for Coover--his collection of
fairy tale/children's stories for adults is supposedly slated for
sometime next year (should include the great story Alice in the Time of
the Jabberwock)
RC was gonna read in NYC last week, but it was cancelled unfortunately
