Orwell Biography

[Richard Romeo]

Now that I think about it, Taylor's biography didn't appear till 2003,
pbly after Pynchon wrote his intro to 1984

 

In any case, I recommend the book-quite enjoying it

There are three "References" cited at the end of the foreword--two
Orwell anthologies plus Michael Sheldon's Orwell: The Authorized
Biography (New York: HarperCollins, 1991).
