M&D article

Isn't there a (or the) theme in M&D as to the worthiness or prospect for some sort of magic in the indeterminate--those things which have not been reduced to certainties, which is the goal & ever the work of governments, tyrants, nabobs, and corporations. 

I think this is more important to remember
