We used to name the guys and everything, and, as we
not only had "Soccer Made in Germany" on our secondary
UHF PBS station at the time, but as one friend was a
metalhead whilst another's family had a liquor
distributorship (nothing like underage drinking those
22 oz. botles of Chimay in the woods along the
cemetary), it'd typically be matches like, say, The
Scorpions past and present vs. German table wines.
Klaus Meine vs. Niersteiner gutes Domtal, Ulrich Roth
vs. Gimeldinger Mierspinne, Wolfgang Dziony vs. Zeller
Schwartze Katz.  An dthen there's what the British
(amongst otehrs) call Subbuteo ...
