At this point, Michel is scheduled to continue our VL discussion.  I was led
to believe that he would be sending me posts from some alternate location,
and I would post them on his behalf.  His posts have not surfaced,
unfortunately.

While I would love to host another discussion, my schedule is at its worst
right now, leaving me no choice but to impose upon someone, anyone on the
List who is able and willing can continue our discussion to do so (which,
according to the schedule, is supposed to be pp. 294 - 322).

Thank you, Toby, for noting the stall in our discussion.  I hope that
someone will take the ball at this point and run with it.
