Yes well the Actor Network theorists point out the heterogeneous as their
mantra. I am becoming a little perplexed as to the so what question of all
this. That passage in GR about getting it back and maybe connecting again is
one of the saddest in the book.
But how much time do we have to do this. A lifetime that is a trajectory
that is only frozen in place by social scientists as they/I pull apart the
networks and reconstitute the real into our ridiculous observances. But in
that act we are at least making the attempt at connectedness. To perhaps
show that it could have been otherwise. Predetermination is always a
cop-out. A basic denial of the preterite against the they.
And sometimes I wonder if they don't sometimes feel the same way.
