I recall the Dubliner as being pretty smoky and noisy, but I'll go check it

I talked to a dude out there and he mentioned a place called Dubliner.
It's on capitol hill, a little east of 395 and a few blocks straight
north of the capitol building.  Live Irish band and what not.  I don't
know how conducive the atmosphere would be to serious discussion, but
Guinness on tap and hey, come on, the name...

We'll give full directions as soon as we know. My thought was to try for
somewhere near Union Station, so that out-of-towners who come by train

be close, and you can metro there from the airport or points further
out.
And it's near Air & Space also. This probably means Capitol Hill or
